Zoom Courier Services dumped Besman Auto Supply 88-61 while Carbery Group registered their second consecutive win at the expense of Snowbird 76-64 in the 7^th Grace Alumni Basketball League (GABL) Fellowship Division – World Balance Cup at SGS Stadium in Quezon City.

The courier service providers relied on strong second quarter and strong defense to zoom past their opponents on their way to league leading (3-0) win-loss record.  Balance scoring was another key ingredient on this victory as all but one players fielded by Coach Johannes Ngo scored 4 points or more.

Bernard Chong, Charles Chua and Victor Yap scored 10 points each for Zoom who is seeking to improve their 4^th place finish last season.

Bernard Chong, younger brother of World Balance boss Barnaby Chong shares the objective of GABL Fellowship Division in strengthening friendship through sports.

Christopher Beltran and Mike Sia had 14 points apiece for Besman who absorbed their 3 straight set back.

After scoring 18 points against Suprem-Olympia, Aristotle Chang again led his team, Carbery Group, with 19 points in winning against Snowbird Sando Bags 76-64.

Chang, a transferee from Byzmo team, plays similar role as the team’s first scoring option.

Christopher Tiu and Jolyon Lim scored 13 and 12 points respectively to back up Chang.

Chino Guasa produced 17 points and Lance Dy 16 points for Sando Bag Makers who lost 2 straight games after winning their debut game against Byzmo.
