Elimination Round

Teams divided into three (3) groups of Four (4) Teams. Each team will play against teams of different groups.

Quarterfinals

Top 8 teams based on classification points, will advance to the quarterfinals round. In case of ties, quotient system will be followed (Total winning points over total losing points).

1 vs 8
2 vs 7
3 vs 6
4 vs 5

Note: Top 4 teams gain twice to beat advantage, no twice to beat advantage if teams going up against each other has same win-loss record and classification points.

Semi-Finals

Highest seeded team that will enter the semi-finals will take on the lowest seeded team. The remaining two teams will play for the other finals slot. No twice to beat advantage for all teams.

Finals

Semi-final losing teams will play for 3rd place. Semi-final winners will play a winner take all game to determine the GABL 2010 CHAMPIONS.

Game Format

Elimination Round:
Teams will play a single round format. Every win merits 2pts, a loss – 1pt, and default game 0pt.

Semi-Final Round:
Top four (4) teams quality for the semifinal round:

No. 1 vs. No. 4
No. 2 vs. No. 3

* No.1 and No.2 teams gains twice to beat advantage. However, if teams competing in the semifinal round have the same win-loss record, no twice to beat advantage will be given to either team (knockout game).

Championship Game

Winners of the semi-final round qualify for the knockout CHAMPIONSHIP GAME!

In Memory of Referee Rogie Cruz

For those who may have known Rogie Cruz, who have been serving us as a referee for scrimmage games and in the youth division, who also does the stretching for most of our 22years old below grace alumni players.

He passed away last sunday because of heart attack. Kindly pray for comfort for his love ones.

Quarterfinalists Team Representative Meeting

We will be having our Awarding and Closing ceremonies after the championship game venue will be announced later.
All teams are required to have at least half of its players present during the awarding.
