1. The classification of teams shall be based on points

1. Two (2) points for a win;
2. One (1) point for a loss;
3. Zero (0) point for a default or forfeiture.

2. In case of a two way tie, the winner-over-the-other rule shall take precedence.

3. If more than two teams are equal in the placing, still a quotient system will be followed.

4. There will be no play-off to break the ties.
