OPENING DAY:

• All teams should participate. Any “No-show” team in the opening shall be fined P5,000.00
• Three-fourths (3/4) of the registered players should be at the opening ceremony (Example: 11 of 15, 8 of 11). Otherwise, fine of P1,000.00 per player will be imposed if the team does not meet the requirement.
• Moreover, players that are absent on that day will not be allowed to play on their first game and may only be allowed to play on the next team game.
• The team should provide a muse/s or escort/s. Otherwise, a fine of 1,000.00 will be charged to the team if there is no representative from the team.
• The team should be at the venue thirty (30) minutes before the opening starts with their respective uniforms and muse or escort.
